One step closer!

Today I am Thankful, Overwhelmed and Excited.

I am Thankful because yesterday I attended Treehouse Support Groups in Pennsbury Middle Schools.

I recently finished the Treehouse training and joined three amazing Youth Leaders as they led support groups for middle school kids. I am so thankful for the opportunity to follow their lead.

I am thankful for the opportunity to go into the same schools I've been attending basketball games, volleyball matches, track meets, wrestling matches and so much more for 21 years.

This time, in addition to cheering on "our youth", we get to show with all young people they are Lovable, Capable, Worthwhile.

I am overwhelmed because the need is so great! As I drove to Bohem, I called Nancy, our office administrator. She shared a statistic that just came out: "Among children 5-19yrs old, ER visits for suicidal ideation increased 59% from 2016-2017 to 2019-2021" This is a generation defined by hopelessness and a generation of Parents, Social Workers, Therapists, Counselors and more just exhausted from this increase of need and lack of resources.

The need is great. And I believe God is leading us and opening doors to allow us to serve.

I am excited because we are just a few steps away from being "Treehouse at Yardley UMC" and running support groups on Wednesdays!

In the past 8 years, YUMC has become a place where teens show up and feel seen and known.

I am so excited to be taking steps towards meeting the needs of this generation on a level that gives voice to their feelings and never stops telling them they are Lovable, Capable, Worthwhile.

This post is such a beautiful reminder that every small milestone brings us "one step closer" to our bigger purpose, especially when we are trying to live at a steady, intentional pace! I’ve been trying to keep that perspective in mind lately while juggling my own faith journey with my final year of school, but honestly, some days just feel like a complete sprint. I’m currently buried in my math coursework and actually had to seek out some professional geometry assignment help just to understand the proofs for my latest module without losing my mind. Reaching out for a bit of New Assignment Help has honestly been the only way I could free up some time to actually slow down, read encouraging…

This post is so incredibly moving—there’s something so powerful about seeing a community come together to support one another through faith and action! I’ve been trying to stay more involved with local outreach programs lately, but honestly, balancing my volunteer goals with my final year of university has been a total mission. I’ve spent the last few days completely buried in the library trying to analyze the complexities of the contemporary business environment for my final project, and I think I’ve spent more time staring at my laptop than at actual people. I actually ended up reaching out for some New Assignment Help just to get my research proposal formatted correctly so I could finally step away from the spreadsheets and focus…

This post is so moving—there’s something incredibly powerful about seeing a community come together to support each other’s journeys, especially when the path forward feels a bit uncertain! I’ve been trying to find that same kind of focus in my own life lately, but honestly, balancing my personal growth with the final push of my degree has been such a challenge. I spent the entire weekend trying to map out the tata motors organizational structure for a massive corporate strategy project, and I got so overwhelmed by the complexity that I actually ended up looking for some New Assignment Help just to get my thoughts organized. It’s a great reminder that whether it’s a spiritual journey or a tough academic deadline, we…

It’s so inspiring to see the progress being made with the youth ministry—there really is something special about taking those final steps toward a big goal! I’ve been trying to keep that same "one step closer" mindset with my own studies lately, though I’ll admit I’ve been feeling a bit buried in my latest business project. Trying to accurately map out the tata motors organizational structure for my case study has been such a massive undertaking that I actually ended up looking for some New Assignment Help just to make sure I wasn't missing any of their international subsidiaries. Seeing your post was a great reminder to stay patient with the process, whether it’s building a community or finishing a degree; definitely…

This "one step closer" message is so incredibly moving—it’s such a powerful reminder of how much growth happens during those transitional moments in life. I’ve actually been trying to analyse the impact that significant life events have on individuals for one of my final year projects, and seeing stories like this really puts the academic theory into a much more human perspective. Honestly, balancing this kind of deep emotional research with my other modules has been a total mission, and I even had to look into some New Assignment Help last week just to keep my head above water with all the deadlines. It’s tough staying on top of everything, but reading posts like this is the perfect motivation to keep pushing…
